Every year we start the new year thinking about what we will do differently to succeed in business. This is the right time to make and review business plans and marketing plans.
Business plans do not have to be a complicated ledger. This can be a simple and compact plan of one or two pages. Should your attack plan for this year to succeed in business with your defined destination.
Your business plan must include:
Mission statement: a brief description of what your business is
Vision statement: your vision for your business
Objective: Write down the detailed purpose, specifics you want to get for your business this year. Do you look forward to a certain amount of income? Write the amount down and the number of specific clients you want to have and a certain time frame to achieve your specific goals
Strategy: What specific strategies will you use to achieve your goals? Blogging, website, social media, postcards, etc.

Keep your business plan practical and see at least every month. It won’t get you a way far above the shelf or in a drawer. This is a plan. So use it. Every month pay attention to the actions you take and do you live on track and achieve what you planned. If you don’t, it might be time to review the business plan and update it.
In addition to a business plan, make a marketing plan. It can also be only one or two pages. It must identify specific strategies and actions to market your business.
